1Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "at886" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" — refers to at886 and the online gaming platform operated at https://at886.app.
• "You" / "the Player" / "Member" — refers to any individual who registers an account or accesses the at886 platform.
• "Account" — the personal account registered by a Player on the at886 platform, accessed via the at886 Login page.
• "Services" — all gaming, betting, and ancillary services provided by at886, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slots, Bandar Q, and Dragon Tiger.
• "IDR" / "Rupiah" — Indonesian Rupiah (Rp), the sole transaction currency on the at886 platform.
• "Bonus" — any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or reload offer extended to a Member by at886.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before it and any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) — the identity and age verification process at886 may require Members to complete before processing withdrawals or granting access to certain features.

2Eligibility

Access to and use of the at886 platform is strictly subject to the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use any at886 Service. This is the mandatory minimum age for online gambling participation on the at886 platform.
• You must be a natural person (an individual human being) — corporate entities, trusts, and automated bots are not permitted to hold accounts.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence.

• You must not previously have had an at886 account suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms & Conditions.

Each Member may hold only one registered account on the at886 platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any pending balances derived from promotional activity.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and a valid contact method. You are solely responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registered details. at886 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of any submitted information at any time.

• One account per person: One account per individual, per household, per device, and per shared IP address.
• Accurate information: All registration data must be truthful and match your government-issued identity documents.
• Account security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your at886 Login credentials. at886 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to secure your credentials.
• Notification of compromise: You must notify at886 support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• KYC compliance: at886 may require identity verification documents (national ID, passport, or equivalent) before processing your first withdrawal or at any time deemed necessary for compliance purposes.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the at886 platform are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). at886 supports the following payment channels for Indonesian Members:

• Minimum deposit: Rp 25.000 per transaction. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited and will be returned to the originating account.
• Deposit processing: Deposits via bank transfer and e-wallet are credited to your at886 account in real time under normal operating conditions. at886 is not liable for delays caused by the issuing bank or e-wallet provider.
• Withdrawal processing: at886 targets processing of approved withdrawal requests within fifteen (15) minutes. Processing times may be extended during peak periods, scheduled maintenance, or where KYC verification is pending.
• Withdrawal to registered method only: Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the Member's own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Zero fees: at886 does not charge processing fees on deposits or withdrawals. Any fees levied by your bank or e-wallet provider are outside at886's control and are the Member's responsibility.
• Currency: All accounts are denominated in IDR. at886 does not accept or process transactions in any foreign currency.
• Dormant accounts: Accounts with no login or transaction activity for twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. at886 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee of Rp 50.000 to dormant accounts, deducted from any remaining balance, after written notice to the Member's registered contact.

5Bonuses & Promotions

at886 offers a range of promotional incentives to eligible Members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and VIP programme rewards. All Bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, which supplement and form part of these Terms & Conditions.

• Wagering requirements: Unless stated otherwise in the individual promotion terms, all Bonus funds carry a wagering requirement of 10x (ten times) the Bonus amount before withdrawal eligibility is activated.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to Members who meet the eligibility criteria stated in the relevant promotion. at886 reserves the right to withhold a Bonus from any Member it reasonably suspects of bonus abuse.
• One bonus per promotion: Unless expressly stated, each promotion is limited to one claim per Member, per household, and per device.
• Game contribution: Not all games contribute equally toward satisfying wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino table games may contribute at a lower rate as specified in individual promotion terms.
• Expiry: Unless otherwise specified, Bonus funds that are not used or wagered within thirty (30) days of being credited will be forfeited automatically.
• VIP rewards: Benefits under the at886 Black Diamond VIP programme are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash unless explicitly stated, and may be modified or withdrawn by at886 upon reasonable notice to the affected Member.
• Abuse: Any attempt to exploit Bonus structures through arbitrage, collusion, use of multiple accounts, or any other method deemed by at886 to constitute bonus abuse will result in forfeiture of the Bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

6Gameplay Rules

All games available on the at886 platform — including sports betting, live casino, slots, Bandar Q, and Dragon Tiger — are governed by the specific rules published within each game or product section. In the event of a conflict between a specific game rule and these Terms & Conditions, these Terms & Conditions will prevail.

• Bets are final: Once a wager has been accepted by the at886 system and confirmed on screen, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Member.
• System errors: In the event of a technical error, software malfunction, or human error that results in an incorrectly priced or settled bet, at886 reserves the right to void and refund affected wagers at its sole discretion.
• Sports betting: All sports markets, including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Champions League, AFF Cup, and Timnas Indonesia fixtures, are subject to at886's Sports Betting Rules. Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) and voor bola (Asian handicap) markets carry specific settlement rules published within the sportsbook section.
• Live casino: The outcome of all live casino games is determined by the physical actions of the live dealer and is final upon the dealer's declaration of the result. Streaming interruptions that occur after a result has been declared do not affect the settled outcome.
• Slots: All slot gacor (high-payout slot) and standard slot games use independently certified random number generation. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are as published by the respective game studios.
• Disconnection: at886 is not responsible for bets or game rounds interrupted by loss of internet connection on the Member's side. In-progress rounds will be settled according to the game's rules upon reconnection.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the at886 platform. Violation of any prohibition listed below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Providing false identity, age, or contact information during registration or KYC verification.
• Opening or operating more than one at886 account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other Members or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional structures.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to evade detection, or using the at886 platform as a vehicle for any financial crime.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any software, algorithm, or security system used by at886.
• Accessing the platform using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking tool in a manner intended to circumvent geographic or account-level restrictions.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward at886 staff or other Members via any communication channel.

8Intellectual Property

All content on the at886 platform — including but not limited to the at886 brand name and logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of at886 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the at886 platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes.
• No content from the at886 platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, transmitted, broadcast, displayed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any purpose without the prior written consent of at886.
• Game content, including titles and assets from Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Pocket Games Soft, NetEnt, and Microgaming, remains the intellectual property of the respective studios and is licensed to at886 for display on the platform.

9Limitations of Liability

10Responsible Gaming

at886 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across its entire Indonesian player base. The platform provides the following tools and policies to support Members in maintaining healthy gaming habits:

• Deposit limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from within the account dashboard. Once set, limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for a minimum of seven (7) days.

12Termination

at886 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Member account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7.
• Failure to comply with a KYC verification request within thirty (30) days of it being issued.
• Any activity that at886 reasonably believes constitutes a risk to the security, integrity, or reputation of the platform.

Upon account closure by either party, any genuine real-money balance (excluding Bonus funds and winnings derived from prohibited conduct) will be returned to the Member's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC obligations.

13Amendments

at886 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a proposed amendment is material — meaning it substantively affects a Member's rights or obligations — at886 will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice via a prominent notice on the platform or by direct communication to the Member's registered contact.

Your continued use of the at886 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept a proposed amendment, you must close your account and withdraw any remaining balance before the amendment takes effect.

14Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws under which the at886 platform is licensed and regulated internationally. at886 operates under internationally recognised gaming standards and is committed to fair, transparent, and accountable platform governance.

Members acknowledge that online gaming is subject to varying legal frameworks across different jurisdictions and agree that it is their sole responsibility to verify the legality of participating in online gaming activities from their jurisdiction of residence prior to registering an account. at886 makes no representation that its Services are available or legally permissible in all jurisdictions.

In the event of a dispute between a Member and at886 that cannot be resolved through direct communication with the at886 support team, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before initiating formal legal proceedings.
